Course: Creative Community Outreach: CERT’s Changing Role in Emergency Preparedness Education

Teresa Greenhalgh is the Program Manager for the San Diego County Fire Authority CERT – Southern Division and is a Co-chair on the San Diego County CERT Council.
Teresa has over 25 years of experience working with volunteers in various areas of community service. In addition to earning her Program Manager and Train-the-Trainer certificates, from the Emergency Management Institute, she has had extensive training in Critical Incident Stress Management.
Teresa has developed a solid, well respected CERT Pro-gram which has been deployed 8-times for disaster response and recovery operations since June 2016.
